I accidentally deleted my old Instagram account a few months ago and tried logging back in but it just says “user not found.” I’ve heard some people say accounts stay in a database for a while, but I can’t find any option to restore it. Does Instagram actually keep deleted accounts, or is it gone for good after a certain time? Any tips would be great.
Instagram typically deletes accounts permanently after a certain period, usually 30 days, with no way to recover them after that. There’s no app or tool that reliably restores deleted accounts.
