WhatsApp call history is only available within the app. Deleted calls cannot be recovered from WhatsApp itself. For backups, restore from your latest backup before the calls were deleted.
For Android: Open WhatsApp → Calls tab at the bottom. For iPhone: WhatsApp → Calls tab. You’ll see incoming/outgoing/missed calls with timestamps, but duration details are limited to recent calls only.
