My 13-year-old recently figured out how to bypass the screen time limits I set up and is now saying they are just going to uninstall the monitoring software entirely. I read online that doing this might automatically lock the device or send me an instant email alert, but I haven’t tested it out myself to see if that’s actually true. If anyone has dealt with a teenager wiping this kind of software off their device, can you tell me what actually happens or if there are any immediate consequences?
