How can I trace an email’s origin or know when someone opened my email?

For open tracking, use a browser extension like Mailtrack or HubSpot. They add an invisible pixel to your emails and notify you when they’re read. Sneaky, right? 
To trace an email’s origin, view the “full headers” (in Gmail, click the three dots → “Show original”). This shows the IP address trail, but it’s usually just the mail servers, not someone’s exact location.
