Is there a way to recover deleted Instagram DMs? Are they stored anywhere?
Recovering deleted Instagram DMs is not supported by Instagram itself, as they are removed from both your and the recipient’s account. - Request your data. Go to
Settings > Your Activity > Download Your Information. It’s a long shot, but sometimes recently deleted info can be there.
