My 13-year-old has been acting secretive with his phone lately, and I’m worried about what he’s watching on YouTube and other sites. I know I can check Safari history on his iPhone, but does that also show YouTube searches and watch history? Or do I need something extra? Thanks.
Safari history shows browsing, not YouTube watch or search history. You’ll need a parental control app or YouTube’s own Family Link or Screen Time features for detailed activity.
